This seminar will present findings from a genome-wide and epigenome-wide meta-analysis investigating extrapyramidal side-effects (EPSE) in individuals treated with antipsychotics for schizophrenia. Implications for understanding the biological mechanisms underlying EPSE and directions for future research will be discussed.
