Failed Printing on macOS Tahoe 26.2
Following the release of macOS Tahoe 26.2 on December 12, we have identified a critical printing issue affecting users who have upgraded to this version.
The Issue: Users on macOS Tahoe 26.2 will experience failed printing when attempting to use any PaperCut-monitored print queue. Updates will be given frequently via our NG/MF known issue (PIE-971).
Action: The most crucial action for all resellers right now is to strongly advise customers to PAUSE or DELAY any upgrades to macOS Tahoe 26.2 until an official fix is released and confirmed.

- Print Deploy (when using the Direct Print Monitor and Direct Printing)

For customers who are already running macOS Tahoe 26.2.
PaperCut NG / MF & Print Deploy:
- Status: The fix is not yet available. We need to manage customer expectations and prepare them for the resolution.
- Action:
- STRONGLY advise all customers not to upgrade to macOS Tahoe 26.2 at this time.
- Prepare customers for the upcoming release of PaperCut NG/MF version 25.0.8, which will contain the fix.
