Title: Targeting cancer cells using extracellular vesicles as novel therapeutics
Summary: Extracellular vesicles (EVs) have emerged as important mediators of biological signals between cells that regulate several important biological processes. EVs can be engineered to display targeting and therapeutic moieties and can shuttle cargo over biological barriers. Here, we take advantage of the ability of EVs as a delivery vector and equip their surface with an antibody (Ab) binding moiety specific for the Fc domain. These Fc-binding EVs (Fc-EVs) can be decorated with different types of Ab and can thus be targeted to virtually any tissue of interest. Here, we set out to use the Fc-EVs as a targeted cancer therapy.

Title: Communication about prognosis and diagnosis in end-of-life care
Summary: Data from a Swedish population‐based survey including 135 mothers and 97 fathers who had lost a child to cancer 1–5 years earlier, were studied regarding the parents' reports of communication about their child's illness. Almost all (93%) parents want information when their child's illness become incurable, however they reported that more than half of the children never received such information.
