Co-designing for accessibility in eHealth services.

"In this seminar I will present parts of the ongoing research project where we co-design accessible eHealth services together with people with lived experience of disability. I will present a literature review about accessibility in eHealth services that is  in process. I will also talk about how we investigate if there are differences in compliance to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 and how accessibility is experienced by participants in a specific public eHealth service. The research is conducted with Participatory Action Research, Participatory Design and Value sensitive design where the performance of workshops is adapted with scaffolding. As many other research projects pandemic restrictions affected this research project and I will share some reflections about turning workshops into digital meetings..”
