Michelle Hermiston, MD, PhD Associate Professor of Pediatrics University of California San Francisco (UCSF)
Background: Michelle Hermiston earned her medical degree and a doctorate in developmental biology at Washington State University. She is a pediatrician, specialized in pediatric hematology and oncology, and Director of the Pediatric Immunotherapy Program at USCF. Dr Hermiston is also a runner and a camper.
Dr Hermiston is Associate Director of UCSF’s cancer center’s global oncology program and she has been leading efforts to develop a National Vietnamese Cancer Childhood Consortium and a National Vietnamese Bone Marrow Transplant and Cellular Therapy Consortium.
