Functions that consume AI Credits are currently not working in GitHub Copilot.

This affects Copilot Chat, Agent Mode, Code Review, and Copilot CLI. Code completions (inline suggestions while you type) are not affected and continue to work as normal.

We are working on a resolution and will provide an updated status as soon as the service has been restored.
